These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Glintar, owned and operated by XR1. By accessing or using Glintar, you agree to be bound by these Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glintar.

2. License

XR1 grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

3. User Content

Users retain ownership of uploads. By uploading, you grant XR1 a license to host, store, and process for providing the service.

4. Service Availability

Target images and video files will remain on XR1 servers while active. In case of closure,30 days’ notice will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Glintar remains with XR1.

6. Prohibited Use

No unlawful or unauthorized activity is permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

XR1 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
